The Village Shops and Galleries offers a unique and sophisticated venue for business gatherings, corporate meetings, banquets, private receptions and parties for up to 300 people. The more than 5,000 sq. ft. of space is situated just 20 minutes from downtown San Francisco and within walking distance of El Cerrito Plaza BART Station.

Measuring 2,000 sq. ft. our Main Gallery can adapt to a variety of events while five additional rooms (from 400 to 1,000 sq. ft.) provide options for break-out sessions, meetings or smaller social gatherings.



Russell Jacade Events, LLC offers catering and conference services to streamline and make the most of your event. From creating unforgettable floral centerpieces to designing a menu of the most sought after flavors and pairing it with the perfect wines, every detail will be covered.





Allow us to coordinate music, entertainment, lighting and sound to complement any part of your function from our list of preferred artists and vendors. Professional photography packages are available to catch the memories and document the highlights of your event.

WiFi is available throughout most of our event spaces, and HD Projectors or LCD Monitors as well as many other technologies can be arranged to suit your needs.
